Consequent introducing of the newest technical solutions in prepress, printing and binding has made us a leading publishing house in Poland. The production takes place on the newest technological lines in the factory in Poznań.
From numerous printing companies we stand out by the fact that:
- as the first company in Poland we set out 2 lines for hardback binding
- in the paperback binding we use the PUR glue (polyurethane glue)
- we own 2* completely automated machines for tab cutting
- we have our own CPT, electronic assemble and color ozalids
Our modern machine park consists of:
- 4* printing presses with SW
- 4* book sewing machines
- 5 folding machines
- a gatherer (cold glue and PUR)
- 2 binding machines (including one for round corners’ covers
- 2 semi-automations for covers’ production
- 2 lines for hardcover binding
- 2* automatic machines for tab cutting
- 2 semi-automations for tab cutting
- 3 perforators
- a semi-automation for assembling a Wire-O
- a wire sewing line
- 2 machines for ribbons assembling
- 4* machines for veneer cutting
- an automatic embossing machine
- our own chemigraphy
